Portable Fish

Can someone help me find a worm box for a fisherman?
My stepfather likes to freshwater fish. I am looking for a simple box or bin that could store earthworms/nightcrawlers throughout the spring/summer/fall months. Not a portable caddy, unless it can be used as long-term storage, and not one of the expensive composting systems. Any recommendations?
You could make one.
They sell 30-40 gallon plastic bins at Walmart/K-Mart for $12-$20.
A "made gift" has more impact anyway.
#1.) Purchase a plastic bin.
#2.) Drill holes in the bottom to allow excess water to drain.
#3.) Make various "layer's" to accommodate the worms:
1st layer- 4" of Gravel.
2nd layer- 4" of Peat Moss.
3rd layer- 4" Black soil W/Perlite.
4th layer- 3-4" Peat Moss.
5th layer- organic vegetable table scraps mixed with Black dirt & moss.
Purchase 6-7 boxes of Red worms to inhabit your "Worm Farm".
Keep in a cool spot out of the sun, on a porch, or in a garage.
Occasionally add Water & mix some organic vegetable table scraps into the dirt!!
Viola!
Hope this helps?
